...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Concho, McCulloch, Menard and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving
    thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing
    or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1
    and 1.5 inches of rain is estimated to have fallen during the
    past hour.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Brady, Eden, Melvin, Brady Lake, Rochelle, Live Oak, The
    Intersection Of Us-87 And Ranch Road 2134 and Us-83 Near The
    Menard-Concho County Line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
