...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Mason.

* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms across southeast Mason county...moving east at
    20 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.
    Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.25 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Hilda, Hedwigs Hill, Loyal Valley and Us-87 Near The Mason-
    Gillespie County Line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
