.DISCUSSION...
Minimum RH values will generally remain above 25 percent today
and tomorrow for most of west central Texas. On Wednesday, RH`s
could dip as low as 20 percent across the Big Country and western
Concho Valley. Moisture is expected to increase Thursday and
Friday and allow RH values to remain above 30 percent. Expect
20 foot winds to generally remain between 10 and 15 mph for much
of the week, with a few gusts to around 20 mph, especially this
afternoon and early evening. Elevated fire weather conditions
will continue as fuels remain very dry. Highs will continue to be
well-above normal in the mid 90s to around 100. Low to medium
(20%-50%) rain chances return this weekend, along with slightly
cooler temperatures.
