RH values today and Tuesday remain above 40 percent. Winds stay
light overall (less than 15 mph), becoming more easterly later
this evening. Despite some rain nearby, fuels remain dry overall.
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue this
afternoon and evening, and will develop again Tuesday (chances
range between 20-40%). Any storms that do develop may produce
gusty, erratic winds, lightning, and locally heavy rainfall.
