Humidity values near 40% at 2 PM will drop to a minimum near 35%
by 5 PM. Expect RH values to steadily increase to around 45
percent by 8 PM and around 70 percent by midnight. Gusty south to
southeast winds of 10 to 12 mph will gust 15 to 18 mph at times
through the afternoon hours, but this may be influenced by local
topography near the fire location. Wind speeds will decrease to 8
to 10 mph this evening.
