.DISCUSSION...

At 345 PM CDT the West Texas Mesonet station 1 SW of Throckmorton
had a SE winds of 7 mph with an RH value of 23 percent and
temperature of 75 degrees.

South winds of 7 to 10 mph this afternoon will shift slowly
southeast and decrease to 5 to 6 mph early this evening. Winds
will shift east toward 6 AM, and then northeast at 7 to 9 mph from
6 to 8 AM Saturday as a weak cold front moves through. There is a
small chance (10 percent) of light showers late tonight between 4
AM and 7 AM. RH values will be around 20 percent this evening,
before increasing to 40 percent around 10 PM, and recovering to 77
percent at sunrise.
