...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the San Saba
River...

For the San Saba River at San Saba:
* At 100 PM CDT Tuesday the observed stage was 21.68 feet.
* Action Stage:   20.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    24.0 feet.
* Forecast: The San Saba River will fall below action stage of 20
  feet early Wednesday morning and then to around 12 feet Wednesday
  afternoon.

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
