winds were from the south at 10 to 15 mph, with higher gusts.
Temperatures were in the mid to upper 80s.

Now, here`s a quick forecast summary, for West Central Texas.

A Heat Advisory is in effect through 7 PM today for much of the
Concho Valley, Heartland, and Big Country. Highs will be in the
upper 90s to near 104, with heat index values of 105 to 108.
Overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 70s. Highs Thursday
will be in the upper 90s to near 105, with highs Friday in the
upper 90s to near 104.
