...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN COLEMAN AND
NORTHEASTERN RUNNELS COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM CST...

At 119 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ballinger, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ballinger, Winters, Novice, Hatchel, Silver Valley, Crews, Glen Cove,
Benoit, Goldsboro, Lake Winters Lake, and Hords Creek Reservoir.
