.Synopsis for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands Waters...

A surface high pressure over the Atlantic will maintain moderate
easterly trade winds across the regional waters through today. The
pressure gradient will relax Sunday into early next week as the high
shifts farther east, allowing winds to become light to moderate and
seas to gradually subside. Easterly trade winds are expected to
strengthen again by Tuesday into Wednesday as another surface high
builds across the western Atlantic, resulting in increasingly choppy
marine conditions.
