An upper-level trough leaving the Northeast Caribbean will promote a slight risk of thunderstorm formation over local waters, especially during the rest of the afternoon and evening hours. A surface high pressure over the Central Atlantic, interacting with a cold front moving eastward across the western Atlantic, will promote fresh to strong trade winds this weekend into early next week.
