.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Moderate easterly winds will fully return tonight and prevail over
the next few days. Conditions should remain favorable for small
craft. However, strong thunderstorms will continue to affect the
coastal waters of western Puerto Rico through this evening. Another
weak tropical wave will enter the eastern Caribbean on Saturday,
increasing the potential for showers and thunderstorms.
