.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high-pressure over the central Atlantic, combined with a
vigorous tropical wave, will promote moderate to locally fresh winds
through the weekend. The tropical wave will gradually moves away
tonight, but with lingering showers and thunderstorms on Sunday.
Hazy skies due to the arrival of Saharan dust are anticipated on
Monday.
