...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 345 PM AST THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 345 PM AST this afternoon for Las
Marias, Moca and San Sebastian.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. However, some streamflows continue
elevated. Please  exercise caution and continue to heed remaining
road closures.
