...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM AST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Barceloneta and Manati.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
  Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be
  passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 621 PM AST, River gauge reports indicated that Rio Grande
    de Manati at Manati is just above minor flood stage due to
    runoff from the earlier excessive rainfall over the
    mountains. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
    in the warned area.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Rio Grande de Manati and Coastal Watershed.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Manati and Barceloneta.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
