.DISCUSSION...
A tropical wave is expected to increase moisture and shower
activity across the islands today. Relative humidities are
expected to generally remain above critical fire weather levels,
however, relative humidities in the mid 50s are possible in some
areas across the southern coastal plains of Puerto Rico.
Accompanied with breezy winds may increase the fire risk if those
areas do not receive heavy rain. The fire danger is expected to
remain generally low across the forecast area, but fire weather
partners in the south of PR are encouraged to stay vigilant.
