.DISCUSSION...
In a similar pattern to yesterday, showers will arrive mainly
towards windward locations during the morning and afternoon
isolated showers expected to develop mainly interior to southwest
Puerto Rico. Winds will be mainly from the east at 12 to 18 mph,
with higher gusts and sea breeze fluctuations, increasing over
the next few days. RH values will briefly drop near the critical
range along the southern slopes and plains of PR. Expect a
similar trend over the next days. Today we expect a low to
locally moderate risk of fire weather.
