.DISCUSSION...
Plenty of moisture and a southeasterly wind flow will result in
warmer and more humid conditions along the coastal areas of the
islands. Winds will increase around 10 AM, from the E-SE at 15 mph
with occasional gusts across coastal areas. KBDI values along the
southern plains will somewhat favor fire weather concerns;
however, RH values will remain in the mid-50s during the first
part of the day and rise even higher after 12 PM. Given the
expected conditions, the fire danger threat will remain low for
today.
