.DISCUSSION...
A fair weather pattern will prevail today, with a few occasional
showers arriving mainly across the windward locations. Winds will
continue principally from the east at 10 to 16 mph, with higher
gusts and sea breeze fluctuations. RH values will briefly drop
into the critical range (45-50 percent) along the southern slopes
and plains of PR. A dry trend will continue, which could increase
the risk in the next few weeks. However, today we expect a low
risk of fire weather.
