.DISCUSSION...

A tropical wave will begin to approach the area tonight into
Wednesday, increasing moisture and the frequency of passing showers
with brief periods of moderate to locally heavy downpours during the
overnight hours across eastern Puerto Rico. Winds should prevail
from the east at 10 mph or less, with stronger gusts near showers.
As the wave continues to move westwards, showers will increase in
coverage by the morning hours and continuing through the early
afternoon hours. A second tropical wave will approach the region by
Thursday, promoting a similar weather pattern across the area.
