This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated thunderstorms are possible Be aware of
thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods are possible.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
the Atlantic waters and local Caribbean passages. Hazardous
conditions for small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone, particularly along the coast from Mayaguez in the west
across northern Puerto Rico to Humacao in the east and Culebra.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Unsettled weather conditions will continue on Sunday due to the
proximity of a frontal boundary, increasing risk of excessive
rainfall. A long-period northeasterly swell will promote
hazardous marine and coastal conditions throughout the weekend,
maintaining hazardous seas and a high risk of rip currents. Pulses
of a northwesterly swell will extend these hazardous and life-
threatening conditions early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
