Stay alert and be prepared to take shelter if storms develop. .Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly drained areas, particularly across western Puerto Rico during the afternoon. There is a low chance of localized urban and small streams flooding. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. These conditions are most likely across northern and western coastal areas of Puerto Rico. .Wind...Breezy conditions (18-22 kts | 21-25 mph), particularly across coastal areas of southern and northern Puerto Rico. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Small craft should exercise caution across most local waters and passages, especially across the Caribbean waters and the Anegada passage. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone, across most local beaches. Isolated stronger rip currents may occur elsewhere, especially near piers, jetties, and channels. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Breezy to locally windy conditions will prevail, resulting in choppy seas for small craft and a moderate, life- threatening rip current risk along most local beaches through next week. Moisture and instability will increase from Sunday onwards due to an upper-level trough. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
