            The 911 Call Center reported that a tree,
            struck by lightning, had fallen in the
            municipality of Carolina. The tree had
            landed on a vehicle on Ave. Baldorioty, just
            past Plaza Carolina. The incident resulted
            in a roadway obstruction, and the report
            indicated that there were individuals
            injured or otherwise affected.
