            The 911 Call Center reported that three
            males and one female were trapped in the Rio
            Prieto area. There were no reported
            injuries; the individuals were stranded due
            to flooding conditions. All four individuals
            were rescued safely. A flash flood warning
            was in effect at the time of the incident,
            with an estimated 2 to 3 inches of rainfall
            in the area.
