            Corrects previous coastal flood report from
            Parcelas Suarez, Loiza. Severe coastal
            erosion caused by strong wave action from an
            incoming swell has impacted the intersection
            of Cll 10 and Cll 3 in Parcelas Suarez,
            Loiza. By morning, broadcast media showed
            parts of the road edge destroyed. By
            afternoon, emergency managers reported
            continued erosion with the road completely
            impassable, leaving only one heavily
            undermined lane.
