            Flooding was reported at the intersection of
            Jose de Diego St and Lic. A. Ramirez Silva
            St. as well as at adjacent streets following
            heavy rainfall. Street inundation covered
            several sidewalks, roadways and parking
            areas. Floodwaters reached the chassis level
            of some parked vehicles.
