            Broadcast media reported flooding along PR-2
            in Barrio Algarrobo, Vega Baja. Runoff
            flowing from PR-155 crosses the area near
            Fuente de Luz Cemetery before reaching PR-2,
            resulting in floodwaters on the roadway.
            Vehicles are still passing through the
            affected area slowly.
