            A NWS employee, along with confirmation from
            emergency managers, reported a lightning
            strike that impacted electrical lines near
            KM 3.0 of PR-725 in the Los Pinos sector of
            Barrio Llanos. The incident caused a utility
            pole to fall and scattered debris in the
            area, resulting in a power outage.
