...STRONG SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AFFECTING THE LOCAL WATERS...

At 955 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong showers and
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located over mainly near the
Anegada Passage, Caribbean, and Atlantic waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
