...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS AND PASSAGES...

At 140 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent
lightning. These thunderstorms were located across the Atlantic
coastal and offshore waters, and the eastern waters of Puerto
Rico and the northern U.S. Virgin Islands. Additional thunderstorms
are expected to develop over the western waters of Puerto Rico.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
