...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

At 301 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located just west of Aguadilla, moving northwest at 10 knots.
Additional thunderstorms are expected to develop over the western
coastal waters of Puerto Rico and the Mona Passage through the rest
of the afternoon hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
