...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters OF Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters OF Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 431 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
along the coastal waters of Rincon, moving west at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, isolated waterspouts possible, and lightning strikes. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
