...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

At 319 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over mainly areas of Western Puerto Rico and to East Northeast
of the Mona Island, moving west at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and waterspouts possible. Boaters should
seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
