  Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the
  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters OF Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...
  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 906 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These cluster of
thunderstorms were located about 10 NM south of Guayanilla and
Penuelas, moving west northwest at 30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Intense lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
