AST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas
  5 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N,
  including the coastal waters of Saint Croix and Mona Passage
  Southward to 17N.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon AST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
