* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to midnight AST Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pulses of north-northwesterly swells
  spreading across the local Atlantic waters and passages.
