* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, A period of dangerously hot and
  humid conditions  are expected to continue. This level of heat
  affects most individual sensitive to heat. expected. For the
  Excessive Heat Watch, A period of dangerously hot and humid
  conditions will remain possible. This level of heat affects anyone
  without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

* WHERE...In Puerto Rico, Culebra, Mayaguez and Vicinity, North
  Central, Northeast, Northwest, San Juan and Vicinity, and Vieques.
  In Virgin Islands, St Croix and St. Thomas, St. John, and Adjacent
  Islands.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 5 PM AST
  this afternoon. For the Excessive Heat Watch, from Tuesday morning
  through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
