COUNTIES UNTIL 5 PM AST...

At 432 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Utuado, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. Funnel clouds or brief weak
         tornadoes are possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Utuado, Rafael Capo, Cayuco and Quebrada.
