...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, South
  Central Utah, Lower Washington County, Southwest Utah and Zion
  National Park.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of slot canyons,
  normally dry washes, and other low-lying and flood-prone
  locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Any thunderstorms that develop in the watch area will be
    capable of heavy rainfall, with rates in excess of 0.50
    inches per hour likely.
