...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Castle
  Country, San Rafael Swell, Capitol Reef National Park and Vicinity
  and Western Canyonlands.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of slot canyons,
  normally dry washes, and creeks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Monsoon moisture will continue to bring an elevated threat of
    flash flooding to the San Rafael Swell, western Canyonlands
    area, Capitol Reef National Park and Castle Country.
