The Flood Warning is cancelled for portions of central and southern
Utah, including the following areas, in central Utah, Emery. In
southern Utah, Garfield, Kane and Wayne.

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM MDT Wednesday for
portions of central, southern, and southwest Utah...
