...DRY AND MILD THIS WEEKEND...
.BROADCAST DISCUSSION...High pressure strengthening across the
western United States will result in a gradual warming and drying
trend through Monday. A weak system brushing northern Utah late
Monday will curb this warming trend and bring a low chance for
showers and storms into Tuesday.
.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain in place through the
weekend, resulting in dry, mild, and stable conditions with light
winds. A rather weak storm system will move through Utah late
Monday into Tuesday, bringing a slight increase in relative
humidity values and the potential for a few showers over the
higher terrain. Dry conditions are then expected for the remainder
of the work week with temperatures staying mild. There is the
potential for a stronger and colder storm system to impact the
area next weekend.
