.DISCUSSION...A dry and mild southwesterly flow will reside over
the area Wednesday. Once the overnight inversion breaks by midday,
these southwesterly winds will surface mainly along upper ridgelines,
while the remainder of the area sees terrain driven winds. As this
inversion breaks, RH values will fall below 30 percent by midday,
and possibly reach the upper teens by mid afternoon. Moisture will
spread into the area as early as Thursday morning, and increase
through the day Thursday, resulting in a chance of showers and
thunderstorms capable of producing gusty outflow winds and wetting
rains. Additional moisture will bring a better chance for wetting
rains Friday into Saturday.
