.DISCUSSION...High pressure remains the dominant feature across
the area through Monday, keeping dry and stable conditions in
place through this period. Despite relatively light winds this
weekend, mixing remains good. A weak weather system is on track
to graze northern Utah late Monday into Tuesday, with increasing
northwesterly flow aloft resulting in excellent mixing. This
system will also bring a slight (15 to 20 percent) chance for
showers and storms to impact the area late Monday night into
Tuesday morning, though precipitation accumulation will be
minimal.
