.DISCUSSION...Showers and thunderstorms will develop this
afternoon after 1200 first over higher terrain such as Boulder
Mountain. Spatial coverage of storms will be higher today than
yesterday, with the main threats being gusty outflow winds up to
45 mph, lightning, and moderate-heavy rain. Coverage of storms
will likely be lower on Saturday as drier air filters into
southern Utah. Still, overnight RH recoveries will still be good
through the weekend, reaching near 50 percent. Winds will be
relatively light and terrain-driven outside of any thunderstorm
outflow.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (20-30 percent cloud cover) then
                    becoming mostly cloudy (70-80 percent cloud
                    cover). Showers and thunderstorms likely
                    after 1200.
