.DISCUSSION...A quiet weather period persists into early next week
as a ridge of high pressure currently centered atop the area
remains the dominant forecast influence. As such, expect dry air
to continue to support precipitation free days, with winds
following a typical day/night pattern (up-terrain late morning
through the day, down-terrain evening through the overnight) and
remain fairly light in magnitude. Forecast temperatures remain
near to just slightly below normal for the time of year, with
slightly cooler conditions with increased elevation. As such, will
also see a slight increase in humidity values with increasing
elevation, though generally anticipate moisture to remain somewhat
uniform given limited change to the forecast pattern. Models
continue to show some slight/gradual increase in available
moisture from the latter portion of the work week into the
weekend, with low end precipitation chances also returning.
