.DISCUSSION...A weak but dry weather disturbance will bring some
increased southwesterly winds to the area today which will aid
excellent mixing. High clouds this morning will clear out by
afternoon. Temperatures, though trending slightly cooler, will
remain warm for this time of year, with low humidities. Winds
decrease a bit tomorrow as weak high pressure builds back in.
Southwest winds will increase again on Wednesday ahead of a series
of weak disturbances grazing northern Utah Wednesday night
through Saturday morning. This unsettled weather will maintain
good mixing with clearing index generally between 550-750 Tuesday
through Friday. Beginning Thursday, expect to see cooler
temperatures and significantly increased humidities. However, any
precipitation is expected to remain well north of the burn site.
