.DISCUSSION...High pressure will be centered in the vicinity of
the Four Corners this week. This will keep monsoon moisture in place,
bringing increased coverage of showers and thunderstorms. Lower
levels remain low, so the chance of wetting rain will be limited.
Any storms that develop will have the potential to produce gusty
and erratic thunderstorm winds as well as lightning. With the
monsoon moisture remaining in place for the next several days,
relative humidities will improve, with the chance of showers and
thunderstorms continuing each afternoon, with an increasing chance
of wetting rainfall.
