.DISCUSSION...Storms are developing near and on the fire as of 1415pm.
This storm will likely move through the area within 30-45 minutes
with potential redevelopment remaining possible throughout the
remainder of the evening. Wind gusts 30-40 mph have been observed
with similar storms this afternoon. This will remain the case,
along with brief heavy rain and frequent lightning.

Model guidance shows the next best opportunity for storms moving
through between 6pm-9pm with strong gusty winds out of the
southwest between 25-45 mph possible along and ahead of the
approaching storms as they begin to collapse and produce gusty
outflow winds. Nocturnal showers and thunderstorms will remain
possible between midnight and 6am, but these will likely be less
windy.

More storms redevelop tomorrow afternoon as moisture increases
across northern Utah. The best chances for precipitation will be
on Thursday and Friday as a storm system approaches from the west
and allows for better forcing that will help to produce widespread
storms. Cooler temperatures will accompany this increased
moisture with highs 10-15 degrees cooler than the past several
days.
