.DISCUSSION...Cooler temperatures alongside generally light northerly winds
will prevail over the area today. Winds will fluctuate between
north to northwesterly in the morning to northeasterly during the
afternoon. Gusts to 25 mph are not anticipated today, however, if
a strong storm develops within 20-30 miles of the crane area then
strong outflows will be possible. There is about a 10% chance or
less of this occurring.
