.DISCUSSION...Increased moisture will remain in place over the fire area
on Friday, helping to maintain a moderated fire weather
environment. Though humidity will remain elevated, daytime minimum
RH values will be around 15 percent lower than they were on
Thursday. Cloudy conditions are expected to be maintained
throughout much of the day, with area showers and thunderstorms
developing after about 1200. Passing storms will bring potential
for outflow winds in excess of 25 mph. Otherwise, anticipate winds
to transition from slope flows in the morning to a southwest wind
during the late morning hours, then to a west to northwest flow
around 1500-1600.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (60-70 percent cloud cover).
                    Slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning.
                    Chance of rain showers through the day. Chance
                    of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................15 percent.

Max temperature.....Low Elevations: 73-76
High Elevations: 64-67
Min humidity........45-55 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Terrain driven 4-6 mph before 1000, then becoming
southwest 10-15 mph with gusts up to 20-25 mph,
especially on exposed upper slopes and ridges. Winds
shifting west to northwest 10-15 mph with gusts up
to 20 mph on ridges after 1500-1600.
Mixing height.......7000 ft AGL (50-60th Percentile).
Transport winds.....Southwest 15 to 18 mph.
